On November 22, Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi HANDE AXLE
Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Xi'an. The two sides said
that they would complement each other's advantages in bevel gear pair for
commercial vehicle axle and related forging products, and combine their
strengths to promote the development of China's commercial vehicle axle technology.
Li Fuchao, the chairman of Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd., and Wang
Zhanchao, the Secretary of the Party committee and general manager of Shaanxi HANDE
AXLE Co., Ltd., jointly attended the
signing ceremony and delivered a speech.
